Schoology - Multiple person Messages in Schoology
This article explains the process for multiple person messages in Schoology
The Schoology message tool allows us to send direct messages to other users. It even allows us to send the same message to multiple users at once (like a cc email). This is a helpful tool when you want to communicate with a group of people but not an entire course.
Note: Schoology messages are not the official place for sensitive information. Any messages concerning Grading should be sent via the Feedback tool or in a direct email from your Southwest Tech email address to the Southwest Tech student email address.
Important: When you select multiple people in a Schoology message, the default is "Reply All". It is very easy to send messages to the entire group without realizing it (for both Instructors and Students).
How to Send Multiple Person Messages
- Click on the Envelope Icon (Upper Right)
- Choose "New Message"
- Fill in To(Multiple People if desired), Subject and Message Fields
- Click Send
