Schoology - Sending a Schoology Message to Multiple Recipients

This article explains the process for multiple person messaging in Schoology
The Schoology message tool allows uerss to send direct messages to other users. It even allows users to send the same message to multiple users at once, like cc'ing recipients on an email. This is useful for communicating with a group of people, but not an entire course.

Sensitive information (i.e., grades or feedback on assignments) should not be shared via Schoology messaging. Messages concerning grading should be sent via the Feedback tool or in a direct email from your Southwest Tech email address to the recipient's Southwest Tech email address.
  • NOTE: When a Schoology message has multiple recipients, the default response method is Reply All.
