ReadSpeaker - Using the Library

This article demonstrates the process to add a file to the library in ReadSpeaker. To take advantage of many ReadSpeaker tools (i.e., Annotations, Ruler, Highlighter), a document must be uploaded to the library first.

  1. Click the Library button in the left-hand menu in ReadSpeaker.

  2. On the Library page, click the Upload Document button in the upper-right corner.

  3. On the New document page, click the Select document button in the lower right-hand corner, then locate the document you'd like to upload to the library on your computer. You can also drag-and-drop files from a Windows Explorer window into the upload box in ReadSpeaker.

  4. After you have selected the documents you wish to upload, the document name should appear in the box. If you do not see the file name added to the box, no documents will be uploaded.

  5. Once the files you'd like to upload are visible in the box, click the Upload button in the lower-right corner. After clicking upload, a Document(s) added successfully! message will appear.

  6. Click the file name in the Library to access the ReadSpeaker tools.
