As a Face to Face Instructor you will have a few things to do to get ready for the beginning of the semester. Copying a previous course, Adding the WIDS Syllabus and updating Grading Information.

1. Use the Copy to process to move content from the previous semester forward
   1. The directions can be found here
      1. Please note, you must copy Grade Settings before copying Materials for the process to work properly.
   2. Add the WIDS Syllabus into the “Course Syllabus and Information” folder
      1. Directions for exporting the WIDS syllabus here
   3. Verify the Materials are Correct
      1. Check Instructor Contact Info link
      2. Review Course Work folder
   4. Update All Due Dates and Grading information
      1. Face to Face Instructors are expected to have Grades/Dates planned out at least 1 week in advance.
      2. The easiest and most effective way is to use the Bulk Edit tool.
