Microsoft Bookings - Managing Your Booking Page

This document will show you how to modify properties on your Microsoft Bookings page.

Accessing Microsoft Bookings

  1. In a web browser - navigate to https://outlook.office.com/bookings/homepage

  2. Under "Shared booking pages" - click the booking tile you want to access.  (If the shared booking is listed, proceed to step 4.)

  3. If your booking page isn't listed - click the "Search" icon

  4. Type the name of the page you would like to access in the "Enter the name of the booking page" field

  5. Hit the "Enter" key on the keyboard to search

  6. Click on the name of the booking page in the results to open.

Manage Business Hours

  1. ***Note that setting your business hours only sets the hours people can schedule with you.  Your availability during these times is determined by your Outlook calendar being appropriately blocked out***

  2. Click "Business Information on the left side navigation.

  3. On "Business Hours" - click the down arrow to expand

  4. Modify your hours for each day as needed.  Click the "+" icon to add another line for that day.

  5. If you modified anything, be sure to scroll up and click "Save"

 

Manage Scheduling Policy

  1. Click "Booking page" on the left side navigation.

  2. On "Default Scheduling Policy" - click the down arrow to expand

  3. Under "Minimum lead time", modify the minimum amount of time a person can schedule an appointment.

  4. Click the "Set different availability for a date range" to set either custom availability for vacations, campus closures etc.

  5. (Example) - Campus closed 4th of July week 2024.

  6. (Example) - Modified hours for June and July 2024.

  7. If you modified anything, be sure to scroll up and click "Save"

 

Manage Services

  1. Click "Services" on the left side navigation.

  2. Hover over the service you wish to edit, and click the pencil icon

  3. Click "Custom fields" to create/modify fields that appear on the form when this service is selected.

  4. Click the "Notifications" to modify the notification settings.

  5. Customize email reminders before the scheduled appointment.

    ***If your service has been enabled for Text Message Notifications", SMS notifications are based on the email reminder above and sent at the same time.***
  6. If you modified anything, be sure to click "Save"
