Continuing Education - The Email Address you Provided is Already in Use
This document will help you create an account in the continuing education portal if your email is already registered.
You receive the following error when you try to register in the continuing education portal:
The email address you provided (email@example.com) is already in use. If you have forgotten your password, please reset your password or contact the help desk for further assistance.
You will receive this error if your email address has been used in the past to register for classes. Sometimes a parent will register their child with their email address and then try to register for another child, or themselves, later on.
Returning Student - Use the "Reset my Password" tool to reset the password for your account.
