Continuing Education - Email Already Assigned and Password Reset says “Not Associated with a Student Account”
This document will help you create an account in the continuing education portal if you are getting an "The email address your provided is already assigned" error.
SymptomYou receive the following error when trying to register:
“The email address you provided (email@example.com) is already assigned to more than one student account and cannot be used to register for classes. Please use another address or contact the help desk for further assistance.”
You also receive the following error when trying reset your password:"firstname.lastname@example.org" is not associated with a student account. Verify that the email you entered is correct.
