Continuing Education - Verification Link Expired

This document will help you create an account in the continuing education portal if your verification link expired.

Symptom

When you open the verification link sent to your email it states that "The verification code entered was invalid or expired".



Cause

You will receive this error if did not complete the account creation within 24 hours of entering in your email.

Solution

Resend the verification email with a new verification code.  Your new code verification will be valid for another 24 hours.  Make sure you use the link in the email and not the one you received previously.
