Email - Accessing your Student Email
This document will show students how to login to MySWTC to access their email.
All students at Southwest Tech are provided with a student email account. Microsoft (Office 365) is used for the student email provider.
Students have to activate their account before they can access their student email - Account - Forgot/Change My Password, Account Activation (Student) .
Student accounts are deleted after two consecutive semesters of non-enrollment.
- From the Southwest Tech website click the MySWTC icon in the top right corner of the page.
- Log into MySWTC with your credentials.
Forgot your password? View Account - Forgot/Change My Password, Account Activation (Student) - Click the "Envelope" icon in the top right corner of the screen.
- You will be brought to Office 365 login page. Sign in using your full email address (ex. cha1234@swtc.edu) and password. For additional help see Office 365 - User Guide
