Torchmate - Software Install

This document shows students how to install Torchmate on their student laptops.
  1. Open up "Company Portal" on your laptop. For information on the Company Portal please view: Company Portal

  2. In the Company Portal, find and select "Torchmate CAD 9 EDU Student Software". Use the search in the top left for a quick way to find the software.

  3. Select "Install".

  4. Torchmate will begin downloading. The Torchmate software is large and may take a some time to download based on your connection speed. Once the software has downloaded, the installer will open automatically.

  5. Once the installer appears, click "OK".

  6. Click "Next".

  7. Agree to the terms and then click "Install".

  9. Click "Full Install".

  10. Click "Next".

  11. Leave "Use Imperial units" selected and click "Next".

  12. The software will begin installing.

  13. During the installation you will be prompted with a "Font Installation" window. Click "Continue".

  14. On the "Select Drives" window click "OK".

  15. The fonts will install. Click "OK" when it completes.

  16. Click "OK" on the "Font Installation" window.

  17. Once the installation completes click "Finish"

  18. Torchmate is now installed and ready to use.
