Windows 10 - Show File Extensions

This document will show you how to turn on/off the file extension visibility in Windows 10.
1. Open Windows File Explorer by clicking on the folder icon in the task bar.


2. Click on the "View" tab.
  • Check the box next the "File name extensions" to show extensions.
  • To hide them again, uncheck the box.
