Email - Outlook Web Access (OWA) (Staff/Faculty)

This document will show you how you can use Outlook Web Access(OWA) to access your email from any internet connect computer. Outlook Web Access is a web client of the Outlook program.

  1. You can access Outlook Web Access(OWA) by:

    Going directly directly to: https://webmail.swtc.edu/.

    Or

    On the Southwest Tech website (https://www.swtc.edu) scroll to the bottom of the page, click "Faculty & Staff Links", and then click "Staff Email".

  2. Log in with user account (See the "Account - Forgot/Change My Password, Account Activation (Staff/Faculty)" document for account information).



  3. After signing in, you will be brought to your inbox.
